Tiffany is available to accept appointment as a private Guardian ad Litem for your family law case.

The non-refundable retainer fee is $2,500.00 and is due upon the parties’ return of the duly executed Retainer Agreement. This can be paid online via credit/debit card or by mailing a check.

The hourly rate for GAL services is $200/hour.

There is no charge for travel time within Hernando, Pasco, and western Hillsborough counties.

Once your client is ready to retain Tiffany McAuley as a GAL in their family law case please email the following information to tiffany@tiffanymcauley.com:

Case style

Physical addresses, phone numbers and email addresses of the parties

Additional physical addresses where the child(ren) spend a significant amount of time

Currently scheduled court dates

Case style for any related cases

Percentages of how the parties are splitting the GAL fees

Upon receipt and review of the above information you will receive confirmation that Tiffany McAuley is able to accept the case and you will be sent a Retainer Agreement for your client’s signature. An invoice will also be sent for the payment of the non-refundable retainer. Upon receipt of the duly executed Retainer Agreement and payment of the invoice and Order Appointing Guardian ad Litem will be submitted to the Court (if an Order has not been entered already).

Upon the Court’s entry of the Order Appointing Guardian ad Litem your client will receive a courtesy phone call from Tiffany McAuley explaining next steps. Your client will be asked to complete an initial intake parent questionnaire and a first meeting will be scheduled.
