Effective January 1, 2024 mediation rates will be as follows:

• 0-3 hours $400 minimum

• 0-6 hours $800 minimum

Where will the mediation occur? All mediations are conducted via Zoom video conferencing.

How much time should I reserve? Mediations are either 1/2 a day (3 hours) or a full day (6 hours). Morning sessions begin at 9:30 AM and afternoon sessions begin at 1:30 PM. In the event you require a slightly different time frame just ask!

We have a date! Check the online availability calendar using the Book Now/ Availability button at the top of the page to confirm availability. Once you have confirmed all parties are available, select your date and time using the Book Now/Availability button. Confirmation that your mediation has been scheduled will be your receipt of the Zoom meeting information which will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

My mediation is confirmed, what’s next? Please email a copy of the Notice of Mediation Conference to tiffany@tiffanymcauley.com. You will then receive an Engagement Letter/Agreement to Mediate via email for the parties to sign and return prior to mediation.
