Effective January 1, 2024

Minimum fees due for 0-3 hour mediations are $400.00.

Minimum fees due for mediations that reserve a full day, 0-6 hours, are $800.00.

In the event the mediation exceeds the scheduled time a rate of $100/hour will be assessed to the minimums listed above and will be billed to the nearest half hour.

Tiffany is available to accept appointment as a private Guardian ad Litem for your family law case.

The non-refundable retainer fee is $2,500.00.

The hourly rate for GAL services is $200/hour.

There is no charge for travel time within Hernando, Pasco, and western Hillsborough counties.
